Professional Experience:

Brian R. Bare joined the firm shortly after completion of a highly successful experience at Loyola University Chicago School of Law, where he won awards for brief writing and oral arguments in the Evan A. Evans Constitution Law Moot Court Competition. He also received a Certificate in Tax Law and graduated cum laude. While in law school, Mr. Bare had the privilege of serving an externship with Judge Mary Anne Mason in the Chancery Division of the Circuit Court of Cook County. Since joining the firm, Mr. Bare has focused his efforts on the acquisition of school sites, including a major eminent domain proceeding, high stakes tax objection cases and computer software licenses.
