Brittany Flaherty Theis joined Whitt Law LLC following a Research Fellowship at the John Marshall Law School. Mrs. Flaherty Theis graduated cum laude from John Marshall where she served as a Staff Editor for the John Marshall Law Review, and was a Council Member of the Trial Advocacy & Dispute Resolution and Moot Court Honors Boards. While in law school, she had the privilege of serving an externship with Judge Jeffrey Lawrence in the Circuit Court of Cook County. Since joining the firm, Mrs. Flaherty Theis has concentrated her practice in the representation of school districts and other taxing bodies which host nuclear power plants and other large special purpose properties.
